Oven-Fried Apple Pork Chops

4 (½-inch-thick) pork loin chops 2 large eggs, beaten 3 tablespoons apple juice 1 package Sweet Jordan Apples ½ cup Italian style breadcrumbs ½ teaspoon garlic powder 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Combine eggs and apple juice.
- Combine Sweet Jordan Apples, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder.
- Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then in breadcrumb mixture. Repeat.
- Place pork chops on non-stick foil-lined pan and drizzle with butter.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes; turn and bake 10 minutes more or until done.
*Gluten-free alternative: Substitute additional package of Sweet Jordan Apples for breadcrumbs.
